Why do they call him Mr. Bush?

Two friends were shooting pool and having a beer at their favorite hang out. One said to the other you know I'm quite puzzled by why they call your grandpa Mr. Bush? I know he's a democrat and it's obvious he's Africian-American and he definitely didn't vote republican. After sanking the eight ball and finishing off his beer his friend replied; you got that right he's most definitely isn't a republican but they do have something in common, if he tells you something you better believe he means it.
