Two elderly gentlemen would be sitting in the front yard daily playing chess. Across the street was this huge space where this preacher would park his cars. This big church which have twenty -three hundred members right along side of it. One day while they were playing chess this reporter walks up. He was doing a story on the crime that was plaguing that community. He asked one of the men about what he thought could and should be done about the problem? He responded there needs to be some recreational actiivities for the youth, the other gentlemen said if some of that property over there where cars of just parked was available, there would be some place for the youth to play. The reporter responded; why hasn't that pastor allowed the use knowing he has young people among his members? One gentlemen chewing on a piece of tobacco chuckled and said, I guess his fleet is more important then his flock.
