While walking in the park together a young girl asked her grandmother a question, "Grandma, I'm very puzzled by something. I did something wrong, but it was such a small thing, and for whatever reason it has blown up causing people I don't even know to dislike me." Grandma responded, "Darling when ever we make a decision to do or say something, it causes what is around us to change as a result of our action." She took her granddaughter by the hand gently and walked her up to the edge of this small pond. She pointed to this lilly patch with a frog on it and she said, "Throw a small stone in the water." The ripple effect caused the frog to jump in the water creating an even bigger ripple effect, causing even more species to exit the pond.
