A question was asked of this scholar and a elderly gentleman about why was and still are wars fought? The scholar said because America has the greatest fighting machine and we stand for freedom and must be respected. The elderly gentlemen said; wars are fought over the values and things of people and sometimes for the devaluing of one or both.
