Puzzle by the horrific crime that have come to plague this big city. A police chief requested the advice of his elderly grandfather. He asked him what could cause things to be as they've become? His grandfather replied; when there is an ignorance of spiritual occurrences in which comprises the evil that is being done, it gives birth to not being able to identify or combat against forces that has been manifested for one's destruction.
